[Sri Aurobindo and the Mother]

“The moon then rises from the grave

Of earth...”

Lord, sir, and what of the astronomers? A moon rising out of the earth. If it is an irresponsible occult moon, that should appear more evidently.

Mr. Raymond¹ says he had an attack of influenza and now feels very weak – no appetite, no taste for food. I think he will profit by some bitter tonic. I didn’t suggest it to him, though.
