It [mixing with women] is not so harmful for a woman as mixing freely with men under the vital impulse – but all mixing on the vital plane has its dangers. What you should do in mixing with women is not to give yourself vitally, to remain within yourself, but to mix with them outwardly in a quiet way – forming no vital relation with any.
