Admission to the Ashram, 1927 – 1943 [61]

What he asks for (to stay here immediately as a resident sadhak) is not possible. There are only two conditions under which such a permission can be given — 1st if after seeing personally the Mother was satisfied that the applicant would be able to do the sadhana here or could be given a chance to prepare himself here by work or otherwise — or, if after practising Yoga outside it was seen that he had come to a point at which he could be admitted to the Asram.
