Medical Treatment [4]
I [a non-practising doctor] have been going through some medical books. After all these years I find it rather interesting — at least in terms of solid intellectual jugglery.
Very interesting no
doubt — and under present circumstances inevitable. The disadvantage is that it
creates an illness atmosphere. When we had no dispensary and no doctors (at
least no practising doctors) we had no illnesses or only slight ones which
walked off at once because they were not hospitably attended to when they came!
