What you write is true and you have seen everything very correctly. It is indeed more difficult to get rid of this way of being when one has to do it amid the outer contacts, but, so done, it will be truly and thoroughly done. You have found the right way of dealing with it – to draw back all these outgoing movements and turn the whole being towards the Mother. Do that more and more, keeping the knowledge you have now got, and you will surely succeed – the Mother’s love and help being always with you.
