The fact that this thing has been with you from your birth is no reason why it should be incurable. Our nature is born with us, but we can change it. If you cannot get the will to change it, we will have to work on it ourselves and, if you stay here, it will be done. To go away means to throw away the chance. It is not possible for us to approve of your idea of departure – for that does not open up any hope of a change, rather it will take away the conditions under which it can be done.
