spaś, seeing one

The word is identical to dṛṣṭi, direct vision of the Truth, and to dṛṣṭa, him who sees in his consciousness the Truth: seeing, invincible, free from ignorance, 6.67.5; seeing ones of Indra see both firmaments (Earth and Heaven), possessing the Truth seers, clever in sacrifice, all-conscious, who impelled thought, 7.87.3; O Mitra and Varuna, you hold the seeing ones in growths (i.e. in thoughts) amid peoples, O you, unsleepingly guarding these ones that go separately, 7.61.3; Varuna wearing golden garment puts on robe of light, everywhere the seeing ones have sat, 1.25.13 etc.
