ratnadhātama, in highest degree giving the ecstasies-riches

because Agni is omnipresent universal god, Vaishavanara, present in all worlds, he, being at once at middle heaven (world of divine Bliss, mayas) and the worlds of the Earth, can bring here the Bliss in measure, on which the Earth is able.
