1. The Goddess of the Word reveling the Truth, who never err, 1.13.9. Pure, placed in the gods, priestess calling the gods, Mistress of sacrifice, 1.142.9. O Bharati, O Ila, O Sarasvati, all of you do urge us for hearing of the Truth, 1.188.8. Gods made Ila a tutoress of man, when my son (i.e. hymn) is born, 1.31.11. O Agni, thou art Ila, who lives hundred winters for the discriminating one, 2.1.11.

2. The Word reveling the Truth: Revealing speech full of hero-might, victorious, unmatched, 1.40.4. Many revealing, it is gift of cow (of supramental perception), 3.1.23.

Illuminations from Heaven, well lightening, shining, whose is the Word of revelation, rik of the hymn, mighty speech, 3.7.5. O Agni, by the Word of revelation fully kindled, 3.24.2.
