viśvakṛṣṭi, dwelling in all

The epithet of Agni, dwelling in all peoples. The God Agni, representing the Will and Knowledge, the integral aspects of Consciousness, is in everything where there is Consciousness, and since there is nothing exists without Consciousness, Agni is in everything that exists, even if in a latent form.
